workflow

The use is very simple, with the help of laser guidance points, the operator only needs to place the plate in the approximate position. Then the work is handed over to the plate sticking machine, which uses China Eastern Airlines' self-developed recognition algorithm and high-precision camera assistance to accurately locate the plate. The plate cylinder will automatically rise to the plate sticking position according to the parameters input by the operator, and the plate sticking roller will automatically fall down to press the plate on the plate cylinder. At this time, the rear platform has automatically released the plate. The operator steps on the foot switch to command the rotation of the plate cylinder and complete the plate pasting. After the pasting is completed, an automatic pasting accuracy detection report will be generated.

Automatic moving high-definition camera

Posting platform

The plate placement platform is the most essential hardware for the plate placement machine to accurately locate the position of the printing plate. It is driven by multiple servo motors to move precisely, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of each plate placement.

The core shaft with the plate barrel will automatically rise to the plate pasting position based on the initial input parameters by the operator.
